No Pollution Process

I am great supporter of artificial reefs. I have seen a situation where you put a tire in the water on the sea floor and in only 15 minutes different species have taken housing. Tires don’t pollute the sea. And these reefs specifically, they are made of concrete which has the pH of the seawater, so there is absolutely no pollution process. They can use ships, airplanes, but not like our plane which they dropped into the big nothing, it doesn’t serve any purpose, it only sinks into the mud. And most importantly, whenever something important is undertaken, experts have to be consulted, but real experts.
