A multisectoral approach needs a strong unifying factor

"The best way to be informed is to mix different professions and, well, sit and exchange views... then you get the best ideas and approaches I think. There is a lot of expertise being used to think up different things but there is no sufficiently strong unifying factor. These people, who sit in the City Planning office or from each sector, each one’s strong and knowledgeable, but there needs to be some way of coordinating this. Not just technically, physically, financially, but from a more cohesive, strategic and future oriented perspective."
