High-value assets are indeed growing

It is very conflicting. On the one hand, people always want a nice view on the sea no matter where they are. And on the other hand, they want to be protected. But despite this, the people here have been very engaged. That is right! Their motivation was to protect as much a possible of what this place has to offer – regarding the beauty of the sea but also the assets! There are about 4 billion Euros worth of assets that people want to protect.
