And, you know, Kristianstad is very interesting too. Kristianstad might be a little more inter-national than it appears. It has got this local, you know, old culture. People that have lived here forever but the town expands every day just when the trains come in. And then it quiets out when the trains leaves so there is this mobility in Skåne that is very interesting to me. Many of my colleagues live in Lund and Malmö so I think ideas flow along the railways and what not, so Kristianstad I think benefits from a certain level of infusion of other.
