It's a political statement. Some people want the infrastructure right down to the water's edge, while others say we should try to depopulate the coast to ensure that the sea can run freely. In what places should we perhaps go for buildings, and in what places should we buy the buildings and remove them, as they do in Sandhammaren for example? And in other places where the houses are exposed to risks, the municipality simply buys and removes them. You realize that defending those houses is just asking for problems. It is better that nature takes its course.
